Aman Gulati
Co-founder/ Managing Director
After graduating from Miami Ad School in 2009, Aman felt Toronto needed a school just like it! Since 2014, he’s on a mission to bridge the gap between advertising and education launching our Toronto location in 2016. Before pursuing his passion for entrepreneurship, he held positions at Taxi, CP+B and R/GA, working on brands like Vitaminwater, Mercedes-Benz and Nike as an Art Director.
Muneet Dhaliwal
Co-Founder + Admissions
The Co-Founder of our Toronto chapter, Muneet is our compliance specialist who keeps us all running. If you’re a student you’ll most likely connect with her first because she knows everything there is to know about Miami Ad School, really, ask her anything. She’s also the guinea pig for all experiments in-house because of a ‘lets get this sh*t done’ attitude. A graduate of the Business Management program at Ryerson University but the stellar memory comes from a past life doing a Bachelor of Science for Biology.
Mike Dubrick
Creative Chair
Mike is an award winning creative director in Canada, and is currently leading the Creative department as CCO and Partner at Rethink. He comes to us with over 10 years of experience and endless passion for helping M.Ad Toronto students get their start into the industry. Mike first started with the school by leading our “Digital Campaigns” course. He was instrumental in creating a partnership between Molson Canada and our Live Client program, which saw an integration of our strategists, social media, copywriting, and art direction students in a pitching competition for a new product launch. We don’t believe there is a single graduate of our school that hasn’t felt his impact.

Jocelyn is a soccer enthusiast who came to us as an intern and slowly wiggled in a place for herself on the team permanently. She is responsible for helping prospective students on their journey to joining MAD. Jocelyn is camera shy, so she drew this picture just for you.
Selena Brind - Boronkay
Finance Administrator
Selena graduated from Bishop’s University with a BBA in finance – she loves working with numbers and enjoys meeting new people! Selena works within the MAD Toronto team to ensure all payments for students and faculty are issued on time.
Hazel Carbonero
Sales and Recruitment Manager
As the recruitment manager with Miami Ad School Toronto, Hazel takes great pride in helping people move into and up through the Advertising Industry. His role involves speaking with hundreds of students each month, and he is always happy to make time to meet one-on-one with all students and prospective students.
